Consulting & workshops
Evaluation, indicators, planning and innovation for organisations — and hands-on training in harm reduction, gender and inclusion.
I help civil society, public and educational organisations put their management in order and be able to show what they do. I come from twenty-six years inside the administration of a multi-campus public university, where the full cycle of a project — diagnosis, design, funding, delivery, monitoring and accountability — is daily work.
Not only inclusion programmes: also innovation projects and process improvement, which is where an organisation usually gets stuck without noticing. I work by project or by sustained accompaniment, and I always leave behind instruments the organisation can keep using without me.
Participatory development plans, objectives and verifiable targets.
Design and delivery of interdisciplinary projects: institutional innovation, process improvement, and quadruple-helix engagement.
Institutional and programme indicator systems, with technical sheets and verification sources.
Evaluation design, diagnostic instruments and analysis of results.
Formulation, technical and financial monitoring, and reporting of Mexican federal programmes (PIEE, PRODEP, PROFOCIE, PFCE).
Running the process, compiling evidence, and responding to freedom-of-information requests.
Systematisation of institutional data and dashboards in Tableau and spreadsheets.
Annual reports, gathering memoirs and statistical annexes.
Barrier diagnosis, programme design and staff training.
Short, practical, and built so the organisation can run them again on its own afterwards. Terms are adjusted for civil society organisations and collectives.
What it is, where it comes from, and how to implement it. For teams starting out and for agencies that need the framework before funding it.
4 to 8 hours
Testing protocols, reading results, alert adulterants (fentanyl, xylazine) and overdose response.

Collective reflection on use, pleasure and care in a context of criminalisation.
3 to 6 hours
A workshop built around my own game device, to inform about cannabis and adult use without fear-based messaging.

Barriers, routes and precedents for civil registry recognition. Taught from having been the first person in Jalisco to obtain it.
3 to 6 hours
Adapted to each setting: LGBTTTIQA+ event production, journalism, teaching, marketing and public policy.
3 to 8 hours
Awareness training for management, faculty and students on interaction, accessibility and adjustment.
4 to 8 hours
The uneven impact of prohibition on women and gender-dissident people: over-medication, loss of custody, and concealment for survival.
4 to 6 hours
These are not external consulting commissions: they are projects I ran from inside the Universidad de Guadalajara, with public, verifiable results.
